Each of our four looks are specifically designed to the client’s eye profile and face shape and no two looks are the same! Our stylist will take the client through a consultation and guide them to help identify the best look for them based on their needs; suggesting styles that will complement their profile.
We use medical-grade adhesive when attaching our lash extensions to our client’s natural lashes and place utmost importance on giving them quality service with professional long-lasting results.
Several lighter thinner lash extensions are fanned and stacked onto each natural lash in a staggered fashion, which creates an added fullness; .07 extensions are used to create fans with up to 5 lash extensions. The Volume set provides the client’s with a high level of density and thickness for a glamorous look. The lash extensions used in this technique are significantly thinner in diameter than the lash extension used for the Classic method. Volume lashes are fluffy, light and give the client’s lashes a fuller look; perfect for clients who have sparse lashes or just want an edgy look without having to use a thicker lash. The Volume full set takes about 2 hrs and 25 mins.
The Mega-Volume set is very similar to the Volume but the main difference is the number of lash extensions used to create the fan of lashes as well as the diameter of the fan. For Mega Volume sets, .05 and .03 lash extensions are used to create a fan with up to 16 lash extensions to one natural lash; creating a super full dramatic look. The Mega Volume set takes about 3 hrs and 25 mins.

Lash Fills
Clients that are coming for a fill with less than 40% of lashes, would be considered for a full set not a fill. An average person loses around 5 lashes per day naturally during a normal lash cycle.

Lash fills should be done every 2 – 3 weeks based on the style of lashes the client has and the retention they keep, to have their lashes looking full, fresh and gorgeous. After 30 days, the client is due for a full lash extension set.

LASH AFTERCARE
- Avoid pulling on lash extensions or rubbing your eyes
- Keep your lashes dry for at least 24 hours after application
- Avoid using heavy cream, serums or lotions around your eyes
- Avoid using eyelash curlers
- Avoid using heat, around, on or near your lash extensions
- Only use oil-free makeup remover and eye products
- Only use mascara and eyelash growth serum formulated for lash extensions
- Use a cotton pad to remove makeup around your eyes
- Use a good lash shampoo and brush gently to clean lashes every day after 24 hours of the application
Lash Removals
If we are working on lash’s done at another Salon, we will first asses to make sure you have at least 60% of your natural lashes for us to proceed with a full set.
The previous lash extension will need to be removed, your stylist will ensure your lashes are cleaned thoroughly and then proceed to give you a brand new look. Lash removal is painless and rather quick, we recommend clients not attempt to remove their lashes at home but get it done professionally to help keep the integrity of their natural lashes.
REMOVING YOUR EYELASH EXTENSION AT HOME
During this unprecedented COVID-19 Crisis, a number of our guests have asked how they can remove their lashes at home while our salon is closed.
- Remove make-up and wash face.
- To loosen lash extensions apply steam.
- Fill a mixing bowl with steaming-hot water, place your face over it, and drape a large towel over your head. Remain this way for 10 to 15 minutes. This steam treatment will help loosen the bonds of the eyelash extension glue.
- Dip a cotton ball, cosmetic pad, or makeup sponge in coconut/olive oil.
- Gently swipe your upper and lower lash lines, making sure not to get any of the oil in your eyes. This will give the extensions “slip” and help them slide right off your eye.
- In the morning: Wash your face as normal.
- Use your lash wand and brush your lashes as you normally would. You will notice a lot will fall off, but some may hang on. Repeat at night as needed.
