Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please note the following policies:
- Late Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a 30% service fee will be automatically applied.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
- Promotions and Offers: During promotional periods, the no-show and cancellation fee will be 50% of the service price.
Booking and Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment time, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will vary depending on the service and any ongoing promotions, ranging from 30% to 50% of the total service price. This deposit will be applied to your final bill, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all clients.
Pre-Appointment Preparation
- Clean Lashes: Arrive with lashes free of eyeliner, mascara, and makeup to ensure full application time.
- Fill Requirements: Have at least 60% of lashes remaining to book a fill; otherwise, book a full set + removal.
- Deposit Required: New bookings require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Contact Lenses: Please do not wear contact lenses to your appointment
