Online Scheduling:
- Appointments are scheduled: According to service duration
- Appointments must be made 2 days in advance
- Appointments can’t be scheduled further out than 30 days
Cancellation Policy:
Our employees are scheduled and available for bookings to help you with your beauty needs. Please respect our time!
There is a non-refundable $35 cancellation fee for no-shows and less than 48 hour cancellations, for each appointment.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $35
Pre-appointment preparation:
- Please show up with CLEAN LASHES (no eyeliner, mascara, makeup on the lash line). Failure to clean your lashes before your appointment will take time away from your application time.
- You must have 60% of lashes remaining to book a fill, otherwise, book a full set + removal.
- All new bookings are required to put in a deposit of $35 for all bookings over $50 via either Venmo (GreyArtistry), CashApp ($GreyArtistry), Cash or Credit Card.
Booking amount will go towards your final amount due.
Payments can be accepted via Cash, Major Credit Cards (3% Card Processing Fee charged), Cashapp ($GreyArtistry) & Venmo (GreyArtistry)
